The Minority Business Development Agency’s Manhattan Business Center ( Manhattan MBDA) on Wall Street is operated by the Business Outreach Center Network Inc. The Center promotes the growth of minority-owned business through direct service, the mobilization and advancement of public/private sector programs, policy, advocacy and research.

The South Side Innovation Center (SSIC) is a community based microenterprise incubator operated by the Whitman School.
